How to Use It?
1. Assembly:
Assemble the stand according to the enclosed manual. Place it on firm, level ground and position the device in the stand. Then plug it into the mains and turn it on.
2. Application:
We generally recommend using the panel for therapy at a distance of approximately 30 to 60 cm (12–24 inches) from the body, for 10 to 20 minutes. If you are new to this kind of treatment, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the time to allow your body to adjust.
When treating superficial parts of the body (skin, muscles, collagen, etc.), we recommend a distance of approximately 60 cm (24 inches) for 5 to 10 minutes.
For treating deeper parts of the body (bones, joints, tendons, organs, brain), we recommend a distance of 15 to 45 cm (6–18 inches) for 10 to 20 minutes.

All new full-body red light therapy panels purchased from us or our authorized retailers come with a 3-year limited warranty, effective from the date of customer receipt.
Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts or units free of charge for malfunctions arising from normal household use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, physical impact, water exposure, unauthorized modification, disassembly, external power incompatibility, normal wear and tear, man-made damage or force majeure.
FAQ
The near-infrared (NIR) wavelength is invisible to the human eye. As a result, LEDs emitting NIR light may appear not to be lit or working, even though they are functioning normally and producing invisible near-infrared light.
15–20 minutes per full-body session. For focused care on local areas, limit each part to 10–15 minutes.
Total daily usage must not exceed 40 minutes. New users may start with shorter sessions to adapt.
We recommend a total daily usage of 20 to 40 minutes for most users, split into 1–2 sessions.
For targeted relief on specific areas, single session time shall not exceed 20 minutes per body part.
When used within the recommended duration, the device is safe and well-tolerated. Excessive prolonged exposure may cause temporary mild skin dryness or slight redness. These symptoms will fade naturally once you stop overusing the device. No severe long-term side effects have been reported with this light therapy device.
