In the 1990s, NASA began studying the effects of LEDs on astronauts’ wound healing by helping cells and tissues grow. Today, dermatologists and estheticians commonly use LED light therapy to treat a range of skin issues. Skin specialists often combine LED light therapy with other treatments, such as creams, ointments, and facials, to achieve the best results.
Among all light therapies, red light therapy and blue light therapy are relatively common and widely known. However, LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy as a non-invasive treatment, its yellow light, green light and purple light all have a certain positive effect on skin repair.
We discovered that there are many highly effective color light therapy devices on the market, including masks, basic models, and upright models. However, we also identified a market gap for upright models. For commercial venues like beauty salons, skin care centers, and spas, a high-quality, versatile upright LED light therapy device would significantly improve service quality and efficiency. Therefore, we partnered with two manufacturers specializing in this type of device with global reach and developed two LED light therapy devices that combine aesthetic design with practical functionality.
